We want you to be completely satisfied with Jetweb. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for our paid services.
2. Free Plan
The free plan is provided at no cost and requires no payment. There is nothing to refund for the free plan.
3. Paid Subscriptions
3.1 14 Day Money Back Guarantee
All new paid subscriptions come with a 14 day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment.
3.2 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 14 day period:

- Include your account email and reason for the refund
- We will process your refund within 5-7 business days
3.3 After 14 Days
After the 14 day period, refunds are generally not available. However, we may consider refund requests on a case by case basis for:
- Service outages lasting more than 24 hours
- Billing errors
- Exceptional circumstances
4. Cancellation
When you cancel your subscription:
- Your plan remains active until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged for the next billing period
- No partial refunds are given for unused time
- Your account will be downgraded to the free plan after the period ends
5. Upgrade and Downgrade
- Upgrades: When upgrading, the new rate takes effect immediately.
- Downgrades: When downgrading, your current plan remains active until the billing period ends. No refunds for the price difference.
6. Yearly Subscriptions
Yearly subscriptions include a 2-month discount. The 14 day money back guarantee applies to yearly subscriptions as well. After 14 days, yearly subscriptions are non refundable, but you may request to cancel and switch to monthly billing for the remainder of your subscription.
7. Payment Methods
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing time depends on your payment provider (typically 5-10 business days).
8. Exceptions
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Fraudulent activity
- Chargebacks without prior contact with our support
